Description
Elegant wine “Gioso” Barbaresco is produced in the northern part of Italy, in Piedmont. It is a monosortal and is made from Nebbiolo grapes. Barbaresco, which has a tart berry taste with tempting notes of dry earth and spices, can really hit the taste buds. In the production of wine, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30 C and natural apple-milk fermentation at 20 C. Then the wine is aged for at least 9 months in large Bulgarian oak barrels. After bottling “Giozo” Barbaresco ripens another 6 months. The wine has a good storage potential and reaches maturity only after 5-10 years.
