Description
Macea, Sauvignon Blanc – fresh, natural white wine, in the taste and aroma of which, along with fruit tones, yeast and spicy shades are felt. In the manufacture of wine spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast in small open containers with a volume of 5-10 liters is used. Then the wine is aged for about a year in barriques and six months in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is not cleaned or filtered.
