Description
Manincor, “ La Manina” – an elegant white wine created from a blend of white grape varieties. The plot from which the Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay crops were harvested was planted in 2010, giving the first bunches three years later. The blend is supplemented with Sauvignon Blanc berries grown in a vineyard with loamy soils. After sorting, the grapes were left under pressure for six hours for maceration. Wort fermentation was carried out in steel tanks in the presence of natural yeast found on the skin. Then the wine was aged for six months on a fine lees, which contributed to the development of exquisite taste and aroma.
