Description

Mantellassi, “Il Canneto”, Maremma Toscana DOC – dry red wine from Sangiovese grapes, which is one of the most common types in the Tuscan province of Maremma. The hot arid climate of the Grosseto region, in which clusters ripen, limits the yield of vines and positively affects the quality of the crop. The winery is located near the vineyard, so the raw materials are sent for processing in the most fresh form. Vinification is carried out in the traditional way in steel tanks, ending with aging in bottles for several months.
