“El Recio” – a magnificent mature wine in a line of the Spanish economy Matsu, created from Tempranillo grapes harvested from the oldest vineyards in the region Toro. 90-year-old vines grown using biodynamic methods that three generations of winemakers hold sacred, and support. The wine has an intense fruity aroma and a luxurious silky taste and long aftertaste emphasize fruit and mineral nuances. Despite the fact that the wine – bodied, it at the same time, very beverage.
Tempranillo for wine harvested by hand in the first fifteen days of October and delivered to the winery in small boxes. Vineyards grow in the region of Toro, which is named after the eponymous medieval town, preserved to this day unique culture and picturesque architectural heritage. Toro wines are invariably referred to as “black gold” because of their color – a powerful, dark and almost close to black. Fermentation of wine will take place in steel stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks. Extract of wine takes place in French oak barrels for 14 months. To admirers fully able to appreciate the natural characteristics of the wine before bottling it is not filtered and clarified.

On the wine label “El Recio”, which translated means “tough guy”, the portrait of the father of the owner of the winery.
