Blend wine “A Quo” consists of five grape varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Alicante and Bushet Marsan, filling the wine is incredibly beautiful shades. Owner of a small wine farm Montepelozo is Fabio Karelotto – Swiss with Italian roots. In 1997 Fabio was replaced by an academic career at the University of Zurich native to another job by calling, buying winery Willy spouses and Doris Noykom. Winemaker enthusiast yourself to learn the basics of oenology, and the zeal and perseverance, with whom he studied for his new business, made up for lack of experience.
Fabio Karelotto performs most of the work yourself, hiring workers, mainly in the autumn harvest. The area of its vineyards is small – only 7 hectares, located in the hills with clayey soils.
