Description

Neleman, Tempranillo-Monastrell, Valencia DO – organic red dry wine made from Tempranillo and Monastrel grapes. Berries are grown in the vineyards of Valencia at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand at night and fermented in steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine goes well with beef, lamb and spicy dishes. It is recommended to decant before serving.
