Description
“Vigna Santa Margherita” Vernaccia di San Gimignano, 2012 – white dry wine produced in the fertile lands of Tuscany. To create a wine using grapes Vernaccia, which is grown and harvested from a site name – St. Margaret’s vineyard. Vinification takes place in several stages: soft gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging of new wine on the natural lees for 5 months.
