Description
Wine Pinot Grigio Rose “Mater Anna” is produced from selected grapes of Pinot Grigio with a beautiful vineyard “Matteraneta”, located in Verona. The name of the vineyard was in honor of the Mother Superior on behalf of the mother, Anna, who lived in the XIII century. Assembled and carefully moved the grape maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks at 4-5 C overnight. This process allows the grapes to “release” a beautiful pink color. Fermentation with selected yeasts passes at a controlled temperature of 16-18 C. Then the wine is filtered and aged in steel tanks, improving their floral-fruity bouquet.
