Wine Poderi del Paradiso, Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, 2021

Description

Chianti Colli Senesi – an interpretation of the classic Chianti from the company Poderi del Paradiso. Traditionally created of Sangiovese grown in the best vineyards of the Chianti Colli Senesi area. Assembled by hand harvest is fermented in special tanks – “rotovinifikatorah.” Vinification involves malolactic fermentation. Matured wine partly in new oak barrels, and partly – in re-used within 8-12 months. The wine Chianti Colli Senesi shows a rich fruity and harmonious, juicy taste.
