Description
“L’aura”, 2011 – Italian dry red wine created from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Chianti Classico zone. The wine received its name in honor of the mother of Jacopo, one of the leaders of the winery. The name on the label is written by an apostrophe as in his writings he wrote Petrarch. For the first time this wine was published in 1998. Annually produces about 35,000 bottles of “L’aura.” Crop for the production of wine “L’aura” harvested in September and October. Fermentation takes place in special steel tanks at a temperature 28S within 25 days. Maintained a drink in the 225- and 500-liter French oak barrels for 14 months.
