Description
Great wine “Merol” has a perfectly balanced acidity, good length and bright, rich flavor, which gradually reveals the tone of ripe apples and tropical fruits. The wine is created from selected grape varieties Chardonnay, grown on steep slopes and Kornayyano Appiano, calcareous soils that give wine unique fruity aromas. Grapes are carefully hand picked and immediately transported to the winery, where 75% of the crop goes classical fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel vats and 25% malolactic fermentation is exposed in large oak casks. This technology allows, on the one hand, to preserve the natural flavors of the grapes, the other – to create a wine with a soft, rounded and complex flavor. Wine storage capacity is 8-10 years.
