Description

Sangiovese to create a wine grown in Podernovi at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level. Excellent vineyards are southern and south-eastern exposure, which together with calcium-rich clay soils creates all conditions for great vintages. Hand picking grapes takes place in the end of September. After two weeks of fermentation and malolactic fermentation the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of medium roast. For some time the wine matures in bottles after bottling.
