Description
“La Mala Via” – a very pleasant, aromatic, invigorating, elegant wine from Ivrian Malvasia grapes grown on the hills of Berici in the province of Vicenza. The soil of the vineyards is mixed, clay-calcareous. Harvested by hand. Must obtained after soft pressing of whole grapes not cleared of ridges is fermented in steel tanks with natural yeast at a temperature of 18-20 C. Then the wine is aged for about 90 days, during maturation a regular loaf is made. After a little filtration, the wine is bottled.
