Saracco, Moscato d’Asti DOCG has a fantastic scent that can not be forgotten. Its taste is as soft and seductive as the hills, where it is born; as bright and sharp as the mountains that surround and protect the vineyards on the horizon; Refreshing and effervescent, like the wind, rushing from the tops of the Alps to the hills.

The harvested Moscato grapes are pressed with whole bunches to extract the most fragrant part from the top of the berry. The juice is placed in stainless steel containers where it can be stored at -3 C for several months. When a decision is made to make wine, the wort is poured into autoclaves for fermentation, in which the temperature is also controlled. After easy filtration, the wine is bottled in order to preserve the natural freshness and aroma.
