Description
“Casa Scarpa” Barbera d’Asti DOCG – dry red wine made from Barbera grapes, which is the workhorse of Piedmont and the most widely grown variety in the region. Vinification of the drink takes place according to the traditional method of creating dry red wines. The wine is aged for 12-24 months in steel vats. After bottling, the wine “rests” for at least 6 months in the cellars of the winery. The potential of the wine is about 5 years.
