Description
Simonsig, Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz – a new blend winery Simonsig, first released in 2003. The wine is created from the two red grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, which were grown in the Stellenbosch region. Season 2013-2014 was remembered as the winemakers of the rainy period. Weather conditions were characterized by especially high humidity, which left its mark on the growing season the vines. However, the 2014 vintage is considered one of the best wines of the company, demonstrating the excellent quality and special characteristics.
