Simonsig, Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz – a new blend winery Simonsig, first released in 2003. The wine is created from the two red grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, which were grown in the Stellenbosch region. Season 2013-2014 was remembered as the winemakers of the rainy period. Weather conditions were characterized by especially high humidity, which left its mark on the growing season the vines.
