Description
“Le Bine de Costiola” is a classic regional wine that expresses the characteristics of its terroir. Traditionally, Soave wine is made from grapes of Garganega variety. The Tamellini winery owns vineyards with a total area of 30 hectares, on which vines of the Garganega variety were planted in 1960 and 1986. The soil composition, excellent vineyard exposure and mild climate make the Soave hilly zone ideal for cultivating this variety. Work in the vineyards of Tamellini is strictly focused on preserving the environment: following integrated methods of fighting insects and diseases, planting grass in the aisles between the rows of vines and others. Harvest is harvested from mid-September to mid-October in several approaches, as the grapes ripen. After soft pressing of the grapes, the wort passes through cold decanting, fermentation and maturing in stainless steel vats for 5-6 months. Then another 6 months Soave ripens in bottles after bottling.
