Description
“San Jacopo” Chianti Classico – Chianti classic, perfectly combines richness, freshness and rich fruitiness. On a share of Sangiovese grapes in a wine blended with 95%, the remaining 5% depending on the year divided between varieties Canaiolo and Colorino, or Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Harvest is usually harvested in September and October. After fermentation and maceration on the skins, held in steel tanks, the wine is aged for at least 3 months in the Italian and French oak barrels and at least 3 months in bottles. The best period of the use of wine – 2-3 years after graduation.
