Wine Tenuta Mordini, Merlot, Toscana IGT, 2017

Description

Tenuta Mordini, Merlot – dry red wine from Merlot grapes grown according to organic farming methods. Vineyard area of 4 hectares located at an altitude of 360 meters above sea level. The vineyard and winery is part of the agro-tourist complex “I Cedri”, built in the countryside near the city of Lucca. Wine was named after the old villa of the eighteenth century, which is the center of the complex. Vinification Merlot is held according to the traditional method. After fermentation, the wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Wine production is limited to 10,000 bottles per year.
