Wine Terre da Vino, “Villata” Roero Arneis DOCG, 2021

Description

Dry white wine “Villata” Roero Arneis DOCG is made from Arneis grapes grown in the famous Italian wine region of Piedmont. Along with Nebiollo Arneis and Cortese is the original card of Piedmont. The best result Arneis shows on lime-silica soils Roero. His name was due to the grapes capricious nature, which in Italian means “little rascal”, and the local nickname – Barolo Bianco – speaks of its importance for the region. Vinification and aging Roero Arneis Villata 2014 takes place in accordance with the objective to obtain a fresh, extremely flavorful and tasty wine. After careful pressing the must is sent to a 10-day fermentation at 16-18S. Short bottle aging enhances the structure and adds complexity to the aromatic bouquet of wine.

Economy Terre Da Vino – one of the most unusual associations in the Italian Piedmont, since it is a cooperative of 14 large and small wine producers. Founded in 1980, today Terre Da Vino occupies about 3,900 hectares of land on which to grow grapes DOC wines and DOCG. The importance of management allows to involve larger specialist agronomists and enologists.
