Wine “The Happy Hippo” Chenin Blanc-Shiraz, 2023

Description

Rose Chenin Blanc-Shiraz from the Happy Hippo line is a delicious easy-to-drink wine with notes of sweet fruit dessert. The picture on the label interestingly reflects the character of the drink. It can be compared to a relaxed and peaceful hippopotamus sitting in a warm African river against the backdrop of a pink sunset sky. This is a blend of two varieties – white Chenin Blanc and red Shiraz. Both varieties were processed into wines that later became part of the overall blend, using the classic technology for each of them. The white grapes were vinified using direct pressing technology, and the red ones using maceration. This soft and in every sense quiet wine is perfect for a relaxing holiday in nature with grilled red meat or fish.
