“ The Listening Station “ Shiraz is a dry red wine made from Shiraz grapes from sites located in the south-eastern part of Australia in the state of Victoria. Thanks to the cool climate in which the harvest ripens, it has a fresh profile formed during vinification. The wine will be accompanied by roasted red meat dishes, large game on a spit and meat delicacies.
