Description

Viviani, Valpolicella Classico – dry red wine made from a blend of grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, grown on the hills of Valpolicella near Mazzano. Harvested by hand in late September-early October. Vinification is the traditional method, after which the wine is aged in oak barrels.
