Description
“Zidela” Chenin Blanc is an exquisite dry white wine made from Chenin Blanc grapes. The berries are grown in the company’s vineyards in the Western Cape. Favorable climatic conditions contribute to uniform ripening of the fruit. The harvest is carried out at the moment of optimal ripeness of the berries, at the winery the grapes are pressed with subsequent vinification, which takes place in steel tanks with strict temperature control. Before drinking, it is recommended to cool the wine to a temperature of 10-12 C.
